Quality is excellent
Legit the best bar to train statics. The thickness of the bar is perfect for good grip - not too thin not too thick like other bars. The adjustable height options are amazing. Additionally, it's very obvious on how to assemble the bar. It's got really good weight so that you won't shake the bar, with the added benefit of the stabilizing bars at the bottom.
