Shipping and Delivery

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders will be ready for shipment within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders might not be shipped during weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment might be delayed by a couple of days. We will notify you by email if this happens.

Please ensure that you enter the correct address and postal code as this may delay the shipment.

After placing an order you will receive an email notification with the order number.

Once we ship your order, you will receive another email notification with a tracking number (domestic orders) if you choose this shipping options.

All order are shipped via : Poste Canada, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, PUROLATOR or USPS and provide a tracking number that you can track your package with it.
