Shipping and Delivery

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders will be ready for shipment within 4-5 days from the time of purchase. Orders will not ship during weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment might be delayed by a couple of days. We will notify you by email if this happens.

Please ensure that you enter the correct address and postal code as this may delay the shipment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)

After placing an order you will receive an email notification with the order number.

Once we ship your order, you will receive another email notification with a tracking number (domestic orders) if you choose this shipping options.

*Note that only order with tracking number can be refund if there's an issue with the shipping address or shipping delivery.

If you choose a free Shipping option, they are chances that there's no tracking number coming with it, but we will choose a Shipping option that won't take more than 2-3 weeks to arrive to destination.
