Refund Policy


At Calisthenixpro, we want you to have an amazing experience with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our friendly return policy is here to help.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. We can only accept returns for items that are in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Receipt Requirement: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep this in a safe place.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at calisthenixpro@gmail.com.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at calisthenixpro@gmail.com, and then mail your item to: 200 Thompson, Gatineau QC J8P 6M1, Canada.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping: To return your product, mail it to: 200 Thompson, Gatineau QC J8P 6M1, Canada. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international customers, please be aware of customs duty fees, as we are not responsible for these charges. If you decide not to pay these fees, you won't be eligible for a refund once your shipment is processed by the Customs department of your country.
