It’s time to push beyond your limits and unlock advanced skills like the Handstand Push-Up, Front Lever, Planche, and Muscle-Up, while simultaneously building incredible strength and muscle definition.


Program Overview:

Goal: To help you master advanced calisthenics skills like the Handstand Push-Up, Front Lever, Planche, and Muscle-Up, while ensuring you build real, sustainable strength. This program is designed to help you lift at least 50% of your body weight for each key exercise (Pull-Ups, Dips, Squats, Push-Ups) to unlock faster progress and greater overall strength.

Focus: This program prioritizes skill progression by incorporating advanced techniques and progressions that target the most difficult calisthenics movements. You’ll also use weighted calisthenics exercises to increase hypertrophy and build muscle, giving you the raw strength needed to perform complex skills with precision.

Training Split:

  • 4 Days a Week
  • 1 Day of Mobility/Cardio for recovery and flexibility

What to Expect:

In this program, we focus on advanced skills first—such as the Handstand Push-Up, Front Lever, Muscle-Up, and Planche—and then use weighted calisthenics to enhance the strength and muscle necessary to progress quickly.
